IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

  • This is not a Receipt
  • For online orders returned in-store, please bring along your original receipt as proof of purchase
  • Sale items purchased from the Locker Room cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Please return items within 30 days of order dispatch date
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and have all the labels and tags attached.
    • Winter and Summer shirts cannot be returned or exchanged if taken out of the packet.
    • Swimmers: we do not offer a refund or exchange on these items.  If you are unsure of sizing please ask the student to come to the Locker Room to try them on.
  • To be eligible for a return, the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy must be met. 
  • Please see our returns policy for Nudgee College Locker Room.

 

SWIMWEAR, HATS and SOCKS are non-returnable items due to hygiene reasons, please choose these items carefully.

 

RETURNS TO ONLINE STORE

 

  • Complete the Returns Form ensuring you specify a Return Reason.  This helps us improve!
  • Ensure the form is enclosed with the item/s you are returning.
  • Postage is at your expense
  • Affix appropriate postage using a service that has tracking and send your parcel to:
